Targhee National Title first opened in March of 2007, but our company foundation is much deeper. Leo French founded Placer Title Company (PTC) in Auburn, California in 1973 and then, in 1987, Mother Lode Holding Company as a Parent Company to PTC. Leo's vision was to "create a company where we take care of each other and we take care of our customers." People are the foundation of our company and we work hard to put them before anything else. With this in mind, MLHC has expanded rapidly, never losing sight of taking care of our people, clients and community. As the newest member of the MLHC family of companies, TNT is proud to continue in this tradition of excellence.
